~ Important Notes ~
Now that you have had your witnessing session with the Recording Secretary, you will need to mail them to the address they provided to you previously.
Very important to make at least one set of copies before mailing your originals to the Recording Secretary
Place your documents in a Manila envelope and address it as if you were sending it this way, but place that inside of a Priority Mail envelope. ( This way if by chance the package gets damaged or the address can’t be read legibly, it can make its way back to you ).
Please include a stamped self addressed manilla envelope in your package for the Recording Secretary to return your documents.
Make a copy of the receipt you get back from the Post Office and send it to the Recording Secretary.
Once they have received your package of documents they will record and publish your documents onto the Land Recording Office ( LRO); they will return all of the documents except the copy of the birth certificate, back to you.
Please give them time to get all of this completed! They are making it a point to get your documents back in a timely manner.
Provided everything is done correctly.
