You have made the decision .

You are ready to correct your status and come back to the land & soil jurisdiction.

Now that you have ‘Charted Your Course’ in Step 1

And you have prepared your documents in Step 2

It is time to schedule a recording with one of our Recording Secretaries or take your documents to a Notary to ‘Declare Your Intentions’

After sending an email from the link below, a Recording Secretary will contact you to schedule an appointment for a video call to witness you autographing your documents.

*Note ~ Do not sign anything until official recording/notarizing

*Note ~ Items you will need for your appointment:

blue ink pen
red ink pen ( for baby deed or deed of reconveyance )
red ink pad ( for your thumbprint seal )
Drivers License
Copy of your Certified Birth Certificate ( proof of the fraud; you will mail with your packet to Recording Secretary )

Contact a Recording Secretary to schedule your appointment

If you have elected to use a Notary rather than using one of our Recording Secretaries for your ‘Witnessing’, you will still need to contact a Recording Secretary for purpose of Step 4, ‘Place Documents on Public Record’ in the Land Recording Office ( LRO).
