The Georgia Assembly

The Georgia Assembly Militia and Peacekeeping Task Force

The people of the state comprise the body of the Militia whose responsibility is to perform the functions to coordinate a community response in times of emergency, natural disasters, and of protection and self-defense in times of invasion or other encumbrances threatening the people on their counties and State.  Our Responsibility is to be a “well-regulated body”, – meaning prepared – for these situations, in order to uphold our commitments to each other as the living people of Georgia.

All Georgia Nationals understand the Responsibility to maintain the peace and uphold the Public Law – to do no harm to another, nor their property.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is populated by people who step up to serve the public in additional capacities as Peacekeeping Officials. The County Sheriff of the Land Jurisdiction is the highest level of a Peacekeeping Official under the Law in his/her county.

The Georgia Assembly Militia

Is manned by State Citizens whose focus is on community safety and preparedness on a statewide basis. Members are being taught firearms safety, marksmanship, first aid as well as other specialties.

The State Militia Coordinator can call upon one or more County Militias for assistance in the event of attack or natural disaster. Additionally, they can call upon the ‘State of State’ Militias, the ‘State of State’ National Guard and the local U.S. Military Commanders for assistance. ‘State of State’ Militias and ‘State of State’ National Guards are quasi-military or paramilitary organizations manned by ‘State of State’ ( Territorial) U. S. Citizens( corporate shareholders and enfranchised voters).

Protection from Harm

The primary role of any government is to protect the People and their property from harm.  Our Peacekeeping Task Force is organized on the County, State, and Federal Levels to help coordinate that, with both the American People and federal and local government services contracted Law Enforcement Officers and Municipal Police.

Each state populates and organizes from the people its own well-regulated Militia, to perform the functions of protection of its people and to coordinate a community response in times of emergency, natural disasters, etc.

Protection of Private Property

As a State National, you can now truly own your land outright, rather than being legally considered a Tenant on the land under Title (ie. belonging to the British Crown)

You now research the chain of custody in Titles and Grants for your property and find the original Land Grant dating back to the time of the end of the War of Independence, and then file the Land Patent to secure your Property Rights as a Free Man or Woman of the Land and Soil.

Private Business Protection

As a State National, you have the right to transition your business from engaging in Public Commerce in the corporate world (Sea and Air Jurisdiction) to a Private Family Business conducting Private Trade (Land and Soil Jurisdiction).

Keeping the Peace

As Americans and State Nationals on the Land and Soil, we the people are responsible for upholding the Public Law: keeping the Peace and doing no harm to another or their property.

As the Lawful employers of the corporations that currently manage the Peacekeeping and Law Enforcement aspects in our communities, it is our responsibility to educate these officers and organizations on the Land Jurisdiction and Public Law, their responsibilities related to our Jurisdiction, and to prevent or correct any interactions that result from a misunderstanding or ignorance of the different Jurisdictions.
